"Who Do You Say That I Am?"
The Pastoral Letter by Archbishop Jerome E. Listecki, entitled Who Do You Say That I Am?, is now available online at www.archmil.org. This Letter focuses on Ecclesiology (the Church); and specifically the Church as Mystery; the Church as Sacrament; and the Church as Communion.

A Reflection Guide based on the Pastoral Letter, Who Do You Say that I Am?, is also available online. It is intended to be used with parish and school staffs and pastoral councils, but is also offered to the general public.

Four excellent videos can be found online, featuring Archbishop Jerome Listecki, Bishop Donald Hying, Bishop Emeritus Richard Sklba, and Mr. Randy Nohl.

(The Pastoral Letter & Reflection Guide are also offered in Español.)
Safeguarding All Of God's Family

The goal of the Safeguarding All of God's Family program is to protect our children and all in the church family from sexual abuse and related dangers. Please visit the Archdiocesan website: www.archmil.org/offices/safeguarding.htm for more information.

Donations Requested for Tornado Disaster Relief

Everyone is sad for the incredible losses, both human and material, sustained in Oklahoma in the aftermath of the huge tornado that unleashed its fury. It's times like these that so many of us are overwhelmed with grief for our brothers and sisters in need and feel deeply compelled to want to do something to help. Prayerfully consider donating to Catholic Charities' Tornado Relief Fund, which can provide shelter, food, water and emergency supplies. Call to donate: 1-800-919-9338; Mail a Check: Catholic Charities USA, P.O. Box 17066, Baltimore, MD, 21297-1066; or Donate Online on the Give Help and Hope to Tornado Victims webpage.

Brunites for St. Ben's
St. Ben’s Meal Program is doing a Walk/Run into German Fest on Thursday, July 25, at 7:00 p.m. The 5K Run or 2 mile walk starts at the U.S. Cellular Stage at the Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest Grounds) in downtown Milwaukee. St. Bruno’s is looking to create a team to help St. Ben’s!  If we get a team of 10 or more the cost is only $15 for walkers and $20 for runners (that is a discount of $5.00). Email Lisa James at lisaseipel@gmail.com if you're interested in the walk/run or if you have any questions. Please sign-up by June 30 in order for us to register and get organized. You can also go to www.capuchinsrunwalkforthehungry.org for more information.

Also, a team of 10 or more will receive: Free admission to German Fest for runners and walkers; A German Fest $5 food/drink coupon for each participant; Team name on the commemorative T-Shirt; A digital copy of the team’s photo; Pre-event fun at the US Cellular Stage; A 2-for-1 coupon to return to German Fest for each participant; PLUS Usinger’s Sausage will donate one pound of product for each participant! This is a great family event and a wonderful way for St. Bruno’s to give support to St. Ben’s. On the 4th Sunday of every month, St. Bruno’s brings baked beans, apple sauce and cookies down to St. Ben’s and helps serve food.
Fortnight for Freedom
Fortnight for Freedom
Special Mass with Archbishop Jerome Listecki
“Not another program but part of a movement for life,
marriage and religious liberty invitation to ‘prayer and penance….”
The U.S. Bishops have suggested that fourteen days from June 21 to July 4 be dedicated to a “Fortnight for Freedom” – a great hymn of prayer for our country. This special period of prayer, study, catechesis and public action will support the ongoing struggle to protect religious freedom and conscience rights. Archbishop Listecki will conclude this “Fortnight for Freedom” with a special Mass on July 4, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Charles Parish, 313 Circle Dr., Hartland. More information can be found on the archdiocese’s website (www.archmil.org).
